In support of International Women's Day 2021, AICB and the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA) hosted a webinar titled “Women in Finance 2021” on 25 March 2021 @ 2.30 pm. Discussions at the webinar highlighted the importance of gender and diversity equality at the workplace, providing insight into how leaders in banking #ChoosetoChallenge the status quo and continue to advocate for equality even in the face of resistance. The panel comprised Rafiza Ghazali, Group Chief Executive Officer of Cradle Fund, Malaysia; Nisha Padbidri, Director, Country Human Resources Head at Citibank Malaysia; Shivani Gopal, Chief Executive Officer of The Remarkable Women, Australia; Jonathan Redfern, Executive, Controls and Process Transformation at National Australia Bank, and Rachael Neumann, Founder and Lead Investor, of Working Theory Angels, Australia. The webinar was attended by close to 200 individuals.
