AICB organised its final Empowering Bankers CPD Programme for 2023, “Redefining Risk: Unpacking ESG’s Risk and Influence in Banking” on 5 December 2023. The session featured a panel of accomplished speakers who discussed the origins of ESG, its current legal compliance and risk management challenges, as well as the global strategy and regulatory developments in the ESG arena, among others. Delegates obtained an in-depth understanding of the influence that ESG has had, is having, and will continue to have, on the banking industry. Over 60 banking practitioners attended the session, which was held at the Executive Forum, Bangunan AICB.
