The Institute had on 27 February 2020 issued the Preliminary Notice of 42nd Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) for its AGM to be held at AICB Building, Multipurpose Hall, Level 1 on Monday, 8 June 2020 at 11 a.m.

Given that 8 June 2020 has been declared as a national public holiday in conjunction with the official birthday of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the 42nd AGM scheduled for 8 June 2020 at 11 a.m. is now changed to Wednesday, 10 June 2020 at 11.00 a.m. at same venue. Please refer to the details as follows:

Date/Day :   10 June 2020, Wednesday

Time     :   11.00 a.m.

Venue    :   Multipurpose Hall, Level 1, AICB Building, No. 10, Jalan Dato’ Onn, 50480 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

All the other information in the Preliminary Notice of AICB’s 42nd AGM shall remain unchanged.
